Cinnamon roll mac and cheese sounds like a dare somebody lost. Kraft put it in a blue box anyway, parked a Chili Crisp box right next to it, and sent both of them to shelves this week.
The Cinnamon Roll box runs warm cinnamon spice through Kraft's cheesy pasta. Kraft calls the bite creamy and a little tangy, like a pastry wandered into the wrong kitchen and decided to stay. The timing tracks, too. Kraft says cinnamon has passed pumpkin spice as a fall favorite in recent years, so the blue box is chasing the spice people reach for now.

Chili Crisp runs the other way. It folds chili crisp heat into the cheese sauce, and that move tracks with the numbers Kraft Heinz is quoting: chili crisp has grown 923 percent on U.S. restaurant menus over the past four years. Plenty of people already spoon the stuff over a bowl of mac at home. Kraft just did the spooning in the factory.
Parade reports Chili Crisp is selling at Meijer, Walmart, and Amazon for a limited time, and Cinnamon Roll is a Walmart exclusive. Kraft gave no price and no end date for either box, and the company says more flavor swings are coming in 2027. My move is one box of each, back to back, and I'll report back after the cinnamon one.
