Crumbl just made eating the dough the whole order. Scoopable Cookie Dough lands today, warm and gooey in its own tray, and it's gone after Saturday, Nov. 7.
The tray holds chocolate chip cookie dough that never firms up into a cookie. Crumbl bakes it just long enough to meet food safety rules and then stops, so every spoonful stays soft and doughy. A big dollop of vanilla bean mousse rides in the tray with it. One size, every Crumbl location, one week only.

The idea came straight off your feed. Spoons sinking into warm cookie dough have been all over TikTok and Instagram, and Crumbl turned the shot into a menu item. Co-founder Sawyer Hemsley said the goal was the warm, gooey texture and rich chocolate flavor of cookie dough, served as a finished dessert you can order at a counter.
That last part is the whole trick. The dough tastes like the stuff you scrape off the beaters, and nobody has to pretend they didn't. You get six days to act on it. After Nov. 7 the tray rotates out, and the spoon goes back to the mixing bowl, where it never behaved anyway.
