Panda Express gets a zero from me. Not a low score, a zero.

That is not dinner. That is candy chicken and sad broccoli in a foam box, and they are making money off people who do not expect much from their food. I called it the scourge of Asian restaurants and I meant it.

PF Chang's does not get much of a pass either. Only slightly higher, at 0.01.
