South Beach in February is already showing off. Then SOBEWFF shows up. The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival runs its 26th year February 25 to 28, 2027, across Miami Beach and venues all over Miami-Dade and Broward, with the Loews Miami Beach as headquarters. Four days, more than 100 events, and 500-plus chefs, winemakers, and culinary personalities in one beach town. That's not a festival. That's a takeover.

The anchor events read like a TV schedule I'd never change the channel on. Rachael Ray hosts Burger Bash, which is exactly what it sounds like: a burger brawl on the sand. Guy Fieri hosts Tournament of Champions LIVE, with a performance by Rev Run on top of the cooking. Aaron Sanchez runs Tacos & Tequila. Jet Tila and Aarti Sequeira host the Asian Night Market, and Marcus Samuelsson hosts Overtown EatUp!

The festival also gives back in a real way. SOBEWFF has raised more than $46 million to date for Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, so every ticket sold helps train the next round of people who'll run rooms like these. Nearly everything on the schedule is 21 and over. For a Certified Wine and Spirits Professional, four days of tastings, dinners, and demos in Miami Beach is the shortest business trip decision I'll make all year.

Coverage plans include:

  • Chef interviews on the Burger Bash floor and around Tournament of Champions LIVE
  • Event coverage from Tacos & Tequila, the Asian Night Market, and Overtown EatUp!
  • Daily recaps on Moe Train Eats from South Beach all four days of the festival
