The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival is back for its 19th year, December 10 to 13, 2026, and the lineup reads like somebody emptied a hall of fame into one county. More than 50 chefs cook across 24 events at restaurants and resorts all over Palm Beach County, and the names on the poster are not the B team. Daniel Boulud. Maneet Chauhan. Robert Irvine. Stephanie Izard. Tiffani Faison. Michelle Bernstein. Jose Garces. That's a lot of talent sharing one zip code for four days.
The main event lands Sunday, December 13, from 2 to 6 PM at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach. The Grand Tasting pours more than 100 wines, and here's the part that gets me: every single one of them scored 90 points or better with Wine Spectator. There's no warm-up bottle hiding in the corner. As a Certified Wine and Spirits Professional, I read scores for a living. A room with a 90-point floor is the kind of homework I actually enjoy.

The Grand Tasting also runs the Grand Chef Throwdown on the Publix demo stage, with four local chefs cooking for a $10,000 charity prize while Maneet Chauhan, Tiffani Faison, and Robert Irvine judge. Watching chefs of that level grade somebody else's plate while you hold a glass of something that cleared 90 is a pretty good Sunday.
Tickets for the Grand Tasting start at $179 and jump to $229 after November 13, and the whole weekend is 21 and over. Four days, 24 events, and a county full of kitchens running at full speed. I'm clearing my calendar.
Coverage plans include:
- Chef interviews all weekend, from the big names on the poster to the local chefs running the stations
- Full Grand Tasting coverage, with notes on the pours that earn their 90-plus scores
- Daily recaps on Moe Train Eats from the dinners, demos, and after-dark events across Palm Beach County
