Bubly Just Launched Halloween Sparkling Water in Mini Cans: Boo-Berry Lime, Blood Orange, and Tropical Potion
Halloween season now has its own sparkling water. Bubly, part of PepsiCo Canada, just dropped three limited-edition Halloween flavors in 222 mL mini cans: boo-berry lime (strawberry and lime), blood orange, and tropical potion (tangerine, pineapple, strawberry, and mango). No calories, no sweeteners, just natural fruit flavors with spooky names.
The flavors are only in Canada, available at major retailers through October 31, which is mildly devastating for those of us south of the border, but the play itself is smart. The mini cans are aimed squarely at parents who want to give kids something festive on Halloween without handing over a sugar bomb. Almost half of Canadian parents actively avoid sugary beverages around Halloween, so a zero-sugar spooky drink is filling a real gap.
Is Halloween sparkling water a little silly? Of course. But it is also the rare seasonal product that is not candy-flavored sugar water. Boo-berry lime is a fantastic name, and I will be deeply jealous of anyone who gets to drink something called tropical potion while handing out candy this year.
